Summer helped us find our new property with acreage and a beautiful farmhouse. The transaction was a bit complicated because our purchase was contingent on the sale of our old home, and the sellers of the new property we're buying as well. So, there was a lot of communication and adaptation necessary to make sure everyone stayed in or left their homes at the right time. Summer anticipated every step and communicated with all parties involved. She made sure I was prepared and well informed at all times. I'm so glad we had Summer in our corner advocating for us. COVID-19 was another complicating factor for our transaction, but I felt like Summer navigated the precautions very well. She made sure we felt comfortable, but also made sure we respected the homes she showed us.
