As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a LOT to learn, and be walked through, during this experience. We were referred to a couple local realtors, but I wasn't blown away by any of them when being shown some houses we were interested in. When I found our new home listed online, I decided to go with the listing agent (Summer). I could NOT have asked for a better realtor. She was so helpful, despite whatever issues arose, and so quick to act for every party during every step of the process.
